My cookie recipe contains almond extract. If you are concerned about nut allergies or do not like almond flavoring, just let me know and I can omit it. However, please note that cookies are not made in a nut free kitchen.
As a cottage food business, my products are made in a private home not subject to state licensing or inspection. Order pick-up is currently available in Madison, WI and Milwaukee, WI. |

Is there a minimum order size?
An order minimum of a dozen cookies is required. If you have a question regarding order quantities, please don't hesitate to ask! I may be able to accommodate other order sizes during busier times of the year. How far in advance should I place an order? It is never too early! It's recommended that you place an order at least two weeks in advance. If I'm able to accommodate an order placed less than two weeks in advance, you may be charged a 20% rush fee. Due to the amount of time needed for the icing to dry, orders cannot be placed less than 3 days in advance. How are the cookies packaged? Cookies are heat sealed in individual cellophane bags to help preserve freshness. Unless we have discussed alternative packaging, cookies will come carefully packaged in a bakery box with bubble wrap and crinkle paper. Do you ship? Shipping within the state of Wisconsin is available for an additional fee of $10.00. Wisconsin's cottage food law does not allow me to ship interstate. Packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be provided to you once they are mailed. How do I pay for my order? Cash, check, Venmo, Apple Pay, and PayPal are all accepted methods of payment at this time. 50% of your order total will be due 7 days before your pick-up date, and the remainder will be due upon receipt of the completed order. What is your cancellation policy? If you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. If you cancel less than a week in advance, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. Your deposit will only be refunded if there is a failure on my part (e.g., sickness) to complete the order. No refund is offered for cookies broken during the shipping process. |
